Purpose of processing

This operation, carried out mainly on tubular or previously opened knitted fabrics,
guarantees a good return because it occurs without any tension on the fabric both in length and
in width. The machine also allows the drying of traditional fabrics.

Keep it going

The fabric to be dried, in rolls or in flaps, is placed in the center of the machine entrance and passes:
through an expanding device (see figure A, point 1)
between two supercharging introducing cylinders (fig. A, 2) which arrange the pieces
on the conveyor belt (fig. A, 3); here a feeler controls the guide cylinder which holds the
conveyor belt in central position;
a pre-drying chamber (fig. A, 4) receives the ribbon and dries the fabric by means of blowers (fig.
A, 5), without subjecting it to the vibrations present in the following ones
vibration drying chambers (fig. A, 6), here special drying blowers are added
pneumatic blowers (fig. A, 7), with controlled pulses, which shake the fabric with strong flows of
air alternating from below and from above.
The pneumatic blowers placed under the belt are offset from the upper ones, belt and fabric receive
so in continuous alternating downward and upward thrusts, which almost force them to
arrange themselves in a serpentine.
A cooler (fig. A, 10) receives the fabric at the end of the path, which is then deposited
on a conveyor belt (fig. A, 11) which ends with a bundler (fig. A, 12) of the pieces.
The heat generators (fig. A, 8) and the relative fans are installed alternately above the machine
(fig. A, 9). An exhaust blower expels humidity and provides adequate air exchange.

Execution of processing

The employee must:
arrange the aligned patches on the belt so as to occupy the largest surface of the belt, for
minimize heat dispersion and, therefore, maximize processing yield;
give the patches a supercharging proportionate to the possibility of re-entry of the
treated fabric, making sure that neither too much feed nor too much is left at the output
tense.
The control panel allows you to adjust and monitor:
the speed of advancement of the belt,
the temperature of the rooms,
the vibration system.

Most recurring defects

Small folds on the fabric.
They can be caused by a programming defect in the supercharger group;
in particular, from excessive supercharging or a mechanical defect in the group itself.

Services

After the sale of the machinery we also assist you in logistics and if desired by the customer we have technicians capable of reassembling and starting the machinery.
