DISCONTINUOUS WASHING IN LARGE

The machine consists of:
a bath and work basin (see figure A, point 1), with an inclined plane, which
has drain valves on the bottom;
a series of spreading and tensioning cylinders (fig. A, 2) of the fabric;
a rocker arm with central pin (fig. A, 3), which holds the pieces in the center of the machine;
small guide cylinders (fig. A, 4), one of which is immersed in a tray called basin (fig.
A, 5) which has a drain valve, to eliminate the emulsified substances at the end of the path;
above the basin, two squeezing cylinders (fig. A, 6) with adjustable pressure, which eliminate the
most of the bathroom;
a small intermediate cylinder (fig. A, 7), which is used for small batches or for samples;

a conveyor cylinder (fig. A, 8) for dragging the fabric for normal batches of pieces;
two lateral guides (fig. A, 9), adjustable according to the height of the piece and placed along the inclined plane
of the tank, allow to keep aligned the flaps of the pieces being worked;
a series of coils for heating the bath and a series of nozzles (fig. A, 10) for inlet
of water;
an external folding device (fig. A, 11), used at the end of the processing for the unloading of the pieces;
a control panel for parameter setting and processing management.

Execution of processing

The purgator proceeds to load the machine by sewing the head of the piece to the drawing-in cloth
and making them travel through the parts of the machine indicated in the illustration by
stitches ranging from 2 to 10. Then, having removed the drawing-in cloth, continue with the sewing of all the
pieces of the batch to be treated; the last piece is passed through the expanding and tensioning cylinders e
sewn to close the ring.
The purgator must:
provide for the introduction of water, solvents and any auxiliary products based on the type
of fabric and process to be carried out, regulating pressure and temperature of the bath;
during the process, check that the pieces follow the path regularly;
at the end of the wash, check the result of the process, checking the appearance, touch and smell
of the patch based on his experience.

Most recurring defects

A poorly performed washing can cause defects and negative repercussions on subsequent processing.
Different tone halos during the dyeing phase, bad smell of the fabric, compromised color brilliance
on patterned fabrics, they can result from incomplete and uniform degreasing and desizing.

Services

After the sale of the machinery we also assist you in logistics and if desired by the customer we have technicians capable of reassembling and starting the machinery.
