Purpose of processing

The pieces coming from the crude oil control phase,
they are usually presented folded one by one on special pallets or already in rolls
must be divided by items according to the processes that will have to undergo,
then sew head to tail, to undergo the same treatments
and again folded on pallets or wrapped in large rolls.
By head we mean the head of the piece where the brand with the characteristics of the article is present;
the tail is the opposite side, along the length of the piece.
The lightest and most delicate fabrics,
which do not tolerate bending resulting from folding
or that immediately need large-scale machining,
they must be rolled up into large beams made up of many pieces sewn from head to tail.

Processing technology

The pieces, coming from the customer, folded or rolled,
must be deposited in the appropriate container (see figure A, point 1),
from which the fabric (fig. A, 2) passes
above a group of two pulling cylinders (fig. A, 3), which guarantees regular tension to the fabric
and eliminates any creases, especially on light and delicate fabrics,
in an accumulation tank (fig. A, 4),
between a brake (fig. A, 5) which regulates its tension,
in a motorized expander (fig. A, 6),
on a fabric guide (fig. A, 7). The fabric then comes
accompanied by some deflection rollers under a towing cylinder (fig. A, 8) e
if necessary, on a brush (fig. A, 9).
At the end of its path, the fabric must be rolled up in large rolls or folded (fig. A, 10).

Execution of processing

The trainer must:
pay close attention to the passage of the fabric to avoid creases
from the cradle of accumulation,
by the motorized stretcher,
from the fabric guide.
adjust the brake so that there is no grain of the fabric.
pay attention in sewing the pieces in the head-tail, leaving
the right side of the fabric on the same side for all the pieces.
If the pieces have to undergo charring operations,
it is essential to sew them with a synthetic fiber or sulfuric acid yarn.
The trainer must also:
check the regularity of the chain stitches that join the pieces, both in terms
of distance and continuity.
establish the type of seam to perform, based on the fabric and finishing processes:
- with chain (see figure C);
- to “cut and sew” (see figure E).

These stitches can be easily removed.
The “cut and sew” seam is carried out with a machine that sews the pieces
and then cutting the excess part of the fabric, to prevent the fabric from creating swelling,
overlapping the stitched fabric flaps. This problem occurs mainly when
the fabric is wound in rolls.
If the chain stitches are not regular
check the proper functioning of the stapler,
redo a second seam over it correctly or following the right thread.

Services

After the sale of the machinery we also assist you in logistics and if desired by the customer we have technicians capable of reassembling and starting the machinery.
