Purpose of processing

Dyeing process, partially filling the appliance, which includes two circulation systems
of the fabric.
The first, with bath and fabric circulation, includes nozzles below or above the surface of the bath.
The second, for delicate and light fabrics, less powerful nozzles and circulation aided by a reel.
It is a pressurized device, with 1 or 6 strings, which allows the dyeing of polyester fibers and
synthetic in general, including wool blends.

Processing technology

We describe a modern machine with a controlled reel, for its completeness and variety
of use, which allows both the classic dyeing process and other operations.
The collateral air circuit in fact allows the system and speed of circulation of the piece to be varied
in the bathroom based on the weight and structure of the fabric and to operate in the bathroom alone, in the air and in the bathroom
or with air alone.

Process in bath only (see figure A, light blue path A):
the piece is introduced through the porthole (fig. A, point 1); it then passes directly into the nozzle (fig. A, 2),
transported with the bath towards the bottom of the tub which functions as a relaxation chamber (fig. A, 3), passing
in rope above the controlled reel (fig. A, 4), it is sewn with the next piece in the spindle,
thus starting the cycle.
The bath is prepared in a tray (fig. A, 5) outside the machine, sucked in by a pump
circulation (fig. A, 6) and introduced into the basket through the nozzle. Once the solution is exhausted, they are closed
the valves and the circulation of the bath begins which continues from the bottom towards a filter, sucked by
circulation pump and pushed by it into the nozzle.

Air-water process (fig. A, path A light blue + B red):
same loading system; the air flow increases the penetration of the dyebath
on the fibers and, by moving the fabric, reduces the probability of the formation of creases or abrasions, especially
on delicate fabrics such as linen blends, lycra blends, etc.
Air-only process (fig. A, red path B):
it is used once the dyeing is completed; the circuit is excluded through a special damper or valve
bath main on the thrust nozzle, replaced by the fabric treatment circuit, engaged
on the air circuit and carried out with special auxiliary products. This process can only be run on
some specially designed machines.

Processing execution and most recurring defects

Please refer to what is indicated for overflow dyeing (sheet 18).

Services

After the sale of the machinery, we also assist you in logistics and, if desired by the customer, we have technicians capable of reassembling and starting up the machinery.
